What is an extended art frame?

An extended art frame is a premium display case that expands a card’s original artwork beyond its borders, creating a larger, immersive showcase piece designed to highlight and elevate your favourite Pokémon cards.


Do the frames include the Pokémon card?

Unless otherwise stated, cards are not included. Our products are display frames designed to hold and showcase your own cards.


Are your display cases high quality?

Yes. We’ve partnered with Kantoforge, a UK-based specialist known for producing high-quality extended art display cases with excellent craftsmanship and durability.


What cards are compatible with your frames?

Our frames are designed to fit standard Pokémon TCG card sizes. At this stage, we do not have frames for graded slabs.

Each display is designed for easy assembly. We also provide a video tutorial guide on our homepage to help you safely place your card inside.


How many protective film seals are there to peel off?

There are 6 layers in total — the front, middle (the panel that holds the card), and back of the display cases.


Why does my display case look cloudy or murky?

To protect the acrylic during production and shipping, each extended art frame comes with multiple layers of protective film on both sides of the clear panels. If your display appears cloudy or unclear, simply peel off all protective layers before assembling or finalising your setup. Once fully removed, the acrylic will be crystal clear and showcase your card exactly as intended.


Will you release more designs?

Absolutely. We’re continuously working with partners and artists to expand our range and introduce new extended art designs for collectors.


Shipping

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship across New Zealand and Australia. We’re looking to expand to more regions in the future.


How long does shipping take?

Delivery times vary depending on your location. Orders within New Zealand typically arrive within 5 business days, while Australian orders may take slightly longer. Estimated timeframes will be provided at checkout.


When will my order be dispatched?

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.


Do you offer tracked shipping?

Yes, all orders are sent with tracking so you can monitor your delivery from dispatch to arrival.


What if my item arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
