Shipping Policy
Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Please note that during new releases, promotions, or peak periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within New Zealand and Australia. We hope to expand to additional regions in the future.

Damaged or Lost Parcels
We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive safely. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

Returns Policy
Change of Mind
As a small hobby-based business, we currently do not offer returns for change of mind. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. Once assessed, we will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Return Conditions
